​Simple Relaxed Cooking Lessons Catered to Your Lifestyle, Tastes and Kitchen.

Cooking lessons run from 2 to 3 hours, depending on menu choices. In the basic program, we'll prepare a 3-course meal customized to your preferences and needs. We’ll focus initially on planning tasks and organizing ingredients, and making the best use of your kitchen space. You'll learn to cook delicious food in your own kitchen, expanding your cooking skills and understanding and appreciation of good food.

Lesson Fees:

• The cost of a private cooking lesson in your kitchen is $250.00.​ Lessons are for up to 4 people.​ Each additional person is $50.00.
• Discounted prepaid 3-lesson (10% off) and 5-lesson (15% off) packages available.
• Lesson fees do not include the cost of ingredients or equipment (more on this below), or travel outside of Manhattan.

Shopping and Food:

• ​A shopping and equipment list will be provided before your lesson.
• The cost of food and equipment is not included in the lesson fee.
• You’ll work with a variety of ingredients, all of which can be easily found in a well-stocked grocery store or farmers' market.
• You can shop at your local supermarket, farmers' market or order from a delivery service like FreshDirect or Amazon Fresh.

For an extra fee you can have Chef Jeff do the shopping for you or with you. For instance, you can take a culinary journey together to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx to source great Italian specialty items. While shopping, Chef Jeff can help you choose menu items based on quality, availability and seasonality. Extra shopping fee is based on services requested and quoted separately.
